Founder and Director
Bill brings over 20 years of customer-facing, quality-led experience within a national distribution organisation, where he operated as a Regional Director overseeing multiple regions across England. He holds an MSc in Business Management and is known for his strong leadership, operational oversight, and commitment to consistently high service standards.

Throughout his career, Bill has led large teams, managed complex operations, and built systems that prioritise efficiency, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
These skills sit at the heart of effective property management, from overseeing properties and contractors to delivering reliable, high-quality experiences for both landlords and guests.

Comfort
Comfort Eboh
Co-Founder and Operations Lead
Comfort is a certified Project Manager with 17 years’ experience delivering projects across multiple organisations. She is highly skilled in operational management, planning, and coordinating stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly.

Within this, Comfort brings nine years of hands-on property experience as a Lettings Manager with a national estate agent. She has managed landlord relationships, overseen property portfolios, and consistently delivered exemplary customer service.
