How it works
1. Initial Consultation
Book a call to discuss your renovation goals, budget, timeline, and overall project requirements.
3. Onboarding
Once you’re happy to proceed, contracts are signed and the first invoice is issued. We then prepare everything needed to move the project forward smoothly.
2. Viewing
We visit the property to assess the scope of works and requirements. Following the visit, we provide a summary and recommendations for next steps.
4. Project Planning
We source and coordinate trusted tradespeople, create a project schedule, and provide practical advice on layout, finishes, and décor to support your goals.
5. Project Delivery
We oversee the project from start to finish. Attending site when required, liaising with contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring the work runs on time, and to a high standard.
